Return Policy

SHIPPING:

  • All orders take 1-2 business days to be processed after being placed.
  • Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days. However in some cases, such as around holiday periods and during times of high demands, it might take longer. Please also note that we are unable to prevent any delays caused by couriers or any other transit delays out of our control. 
  • Once the product has been shipped, we do not refund shipping costs.
  • We do not offer refunds or credit on shipping fees. 
  • We use the shipping address you have entered on our checkout form, so please make sure it is correct. We are not responsible for errors in your shipping information. We cannot accept liability for shipping items to the wrong address. 
  • Packages marked as "Delivered" are no longer the responsibility of Rosanna Jewels.

REFUND POLICY:

  • Customer service is at the very heart of our business, we want every interaction with you to be a great one! If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you can send it back to us for an exchange, refund, or store credit.
  • We will gladly accept returns for up to 14 days after you receive your order for items that have not been used, worn, or washed.
  • To be qualified for an exchange or return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and sent back in its original packaging.
  • We will determine if the piece is eligible for a full refund once it arrives back to us.
  • *note* For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on all earrings we sell.
  • We do not accept partial returns for single products (i.e. only returning a chain or a pendant from a necklace purchase).
  • Sale items, final sale merchandise, or products that are specified as are not eligible for return in its description are final sale and cannot be returned.

RETURN POLICY

To initiate a return/exchange, please complete the following steps:

  • Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
  • Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
  • Send all items back to us using the label provided.
